About United Way’s Community Impact Investment Fund

Here at Northumberland United Way, we evolve along with our dynamic community.

Northumberland United Way uses defined investment strategies to guide how we invest in our community.  This new investment framework is based on feedback from residents across Northumberland County who shared their aspirations, hopes, and the challenges they face during our Community Conversations. Our community has told us what they need. Local experts have shared their knowledge. Volunteers have guided this process.

We have a deeper understanding of not only what matters, but where there is a readiness to see change, and where we have the chance to measure and demonstrate the impact of our collective efforts.
